way which provides safe and healthy working conditions and avoids risk of injury. We regularly and systematically review the development needs of our employees and ensure they receive the appropriate training and experience to enable them to properly undertake their duties and responsibilities. We are given special training to our crew members working in the Marine side, from a Safety Training Centre.
